H. Drew Galloway (he/him) is the Founder and Executive Director of BRIDGE Infrastructure Fund and BRIDGE Movements Fund. An acronym for Building Resourced Infrastructure for Diverse Grassroots Engagement, BRIDGE is redefining what leadership and organizational resiliency looks like in Texas through trust-based philanthropy, deep coaching support, and healing justice. Founded in June 2021, BRIDGE’s three programs – Accelerator, Fellowship, and Bootcamp – have impacted dozens on progressive startup nonprofits and new leaders in less than two years. 


Prior to BRIDGE, Drew served as the Executive Director of MOVE Texas, supporting its statewide expansion, registering 120,000 new young voters, and empowering young people to expand democracy over five years. He also served at The Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life at The University of Texas at Austin and The White House Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation. He holds degrees from The University of Texas at San Antonio, San Antonio College, and The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park. 

Drew lives in San Antonio, Texas with his partner, two sons, and three dogs. When not uplifting the next generation of civic leaders in Texas, Drew travels throughout the United States, Canada, Scotland, and Ireland playing bagpipes.
