Eduardo serves as the Senior Policy Manager at the Latino Community Foundation (LCF), the only statewide philanthropic organization solely focused on investing in California’s Latino youth and families. In his role he supports efforts to advance policy solutions that will improve the lives of California’s Latino community, while executing the goals of the Latino Power Fund, foundation’s $50 million initiative to strengthen Latino-led nonprofit organizations and mobilize Latino leaders and voters to make lasting civic and political change.

Prior to joining LCF, Eduardo worked as a policy advocate at the Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, a coalition of more than 200 national organizations based in Washington DC. In his role he lobbied congress and the Obama administration on immigration issues, while building multi-ethnic coalitions to advance immigrant rights at various levels of government.

Eduardo earned his master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan.
