He’s worked with hundreds of brands and agencies all over the world including organizations like Google, Facebook, Adobe, Levi’s, JP Morgan, NBC Universal, and most recently Nike for the Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo. Additionally, he has become a thought leader in pandemic compliance and safety at live events and he is a certified Pandemic Compliance Advisor.

As the co-founder of Event Farm and Chief Strategy Officer for MemberSuite (Event Farm’s parent company), Ryan’s obsession with the event experience has become a distinct competitive advantage of the company's offerings and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the event community.

Channing Muller is an award winning marketing & sales coach serving as the Principal of DCM Communications. She works with event professionals and small business owners to grow and scale their businesses with refined marketing strategies developed through one-on-one and group consulting, customized marketing programs and public relations.


Channing has more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry serving in top roles within marketing, magazine & online editorial, advertising, and business development.

A Southerner through and through, this New Orleans native lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee with her rescue cat Gracie and two labradors Sully and Dexter. She’s a 2x heart attack survivor turned long distance runner; lover of spicy food and all the beverages; and an advocate and board member for the American Heart Association. Melissa “Mel” Park is the founder and CEO of Melissa Park Events, an award-winning global event company specializing in creating high-impact live and virtual experiences. She is also the creator of The Mel-Factor Method, a contributing writer to numerous publications, and a sought-after keynote speaker and panelist.

Valerie Bihet has more than 20 years of experience in the management, design and production of special events that communicate and achieve her client’s objectives. Originally from Paris, France, Bihet founded VIBE, an event design and destination management company, in 2004 in Miami, Florida. Since then, she has grown the company to nine employees and produced more than 1,350 events throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico, East Asia and South America.

Her clientele includes global brands like Dior, Cartier, Jaeger-LeCoultre, LVMH, Coty, L'Oréal, Barclays, Banco Santander, McCain, Merck, Thea Pharmaceuticals, and many more. Valerie Bihet received her Master's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the renowned Sorbonne University, Paris.
