Senior Program Officer, State Strategy
State Infrastructure Fund

Page currently serves as the Senior Program Officer for State Strategy at the State Infrastructure Fund, housed at NEO Philanthropy. Before joining the State Infrastructure Fund, Page served as Managing Consultant for New Spring Strategies, a consulting firm focused on building progressive influence and electoral power, particularly in the South. From 2012 - 2017, Page was the Founding Executive Director of ProGeorgia, Georgia’s c3 civic engagement table, and part of the State Voices Network. From 2012 – 2016, she also established and ran Georgia’s c4 table, Georgia Engaged. Page has dedicated her life to fighting for progressive causes and has worked in the non-profit and political spaces for over 20 years. In addition, Page served on the board of Emerge Louisiana for two years. She was a Founding Board Member of Georgia's WIN List and served on its board for six years. She served as President of NARAL Pro-Choice Georgia’s c3, c4, and PAC boards as well as President and Chair of the Board of the Red Clay Democrats. Page has managed and worked on many campaigns, supporting candidates for local, state, and federal office. She was elected as a Georgia Representative to the Democratic National Committee in 2008 and served on the DNC for four years. Page also served as the first female Executive Director of the Democratic Party of Georgia. She and President Joe Biden share the same alma mater, the University of Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, with minors in Political Science and Religious Studies. She did her masters work at Georgia State University in Educational Policy Studies. To indulge her love of the culinary arts, Page also earned her Certificate in Hospitality Administration with a concentration in Foodservice Management from Cornell University.
