Additionally, he has become a thought leader in pandemic compliance and safety at live events and he is a certified Pandemic Compliance Advisor.

As the co-founder of Event Farm and Chief Strategy Officer for MemberSuite (Event Farm’s parent company), Ryan’s obsession with the event experience has become a distinct competitive advantage of the company's offerings and he is passionate about sharing his knowledge with the event community.

Jennafer Ross, CMP, CED, is a recognized leader in the meeting and event industry, past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of Meeting Professionals International, and is a 2018 recipient of Smart Meetings, Smart Women in Meetings – Entrepreneur. Jennafer earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 1996, her Certified Event Designer (CED) designation in 2020 and has earned recognition for having a “no fear for taking on projects, aggressive approach… and overall “I can do that attitude.”

Since founding JR Global Events as a women-owned, full service meeting and event management agency in 2002, Jennafer has built a highly-respected team of seasoned industry professionals who share her commitment to working closely with clients to deliver successful events that exceed every expectation.

Amanda Gayle, Director; Conference & Meeting Service, American Nurses Association

Amanda Gayle is a seasoned event strategist with a background in the delivery of large-scale conferences and events. With a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, and a CMP, Amanda has more than 30 years in the hotel and event industry. She is passionate about providing exceptional experiences whether in-person or virtually.

In her current role as Director, Conference & Meeting Services with American Nurses Association Enterprise (ANAE), Amanda works with a high-performing, integrated team to develop content, delivery methods and experiences to promote and deepen engagement. By focusing on creating experiences, her team connects their audience in relevant, engaging ways to support their needs and desires. She’s been recognized as a leading professional in the industry numerous times; sits on several advisory boards and committees. She also enthusiastic about raising awareness and the important role of professional event managers; the value of their diverse skills within their organizations and mentoring new planners to raise them up and forward in their careers.
Amanda lives in Annapolis, MD; loves the outdoors, the Chesapeake Bay and boating, and is an avid music and art lover and home cook.
