What are the dates of the conference?

The Winter Bench and Bar Conference begins Sunday February 2nd and ends Thursday, February 6th.

How far is the hotel from the airport?

The St. Regis Kanai, Riviera Maya is approximately 40 minutes from Cancun airport.

What is the suggested airport to fly into?

Cancun (CUN) is the suggested airport for arrivals and departures for the conference. Flights depart frequently from most major cities. 

What are the suggested arrival and departure flights?

We suggest the following direct flights to Cancun simplify group airport transfers. However, there are many flight options available so if you prefer a different flight, that is acceptable.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The suggested attire for meeting and CLE programs is casual. Dinner and dine arounds are cocktail/ resort wear.

Can we bring children to the conference?

Children are welcome to attend the conference. Childcare will be provided at an additional cost. You can register your children using access code KIDS at registration.

How do I register for activities?

Once you register for the conference, a link to register for activities will be included in your confirmation email.  Use that link to register. If you have any issues accessing the link, email events@federalbarcouncil.com

How will I be notified when the speakers and sessions are announced?

Announcements will also be made via our conference website and email communications.
Be sure to check the website for updates periodically.

If my plans have to change, can I get a refund?

If you cancel after January 1, 2025, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $550.00 per adult, provided that the space can be resold. If it is not resold, in addition to the cancellation fee, you will be responsible to pay any and all related hotel cancellation charges.
