Sam Oliker-Friedland is the Executive Director of the Institute for Responsive Government. Previously, he was a voting rights litigator at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, and worked on election administration law and data at a progressive nonprofit. He’s a Milwaukee native and lives in Chicago, IL.
