Abby Kiesa (she/her) serves as Deputy Director of CIRCLE, which is a national applied research center focused on systemic support for broader and more diverse youth civic and political engagement. CIRCLE is a part of Tufts University’s Tisch College of Civic Life. In addition to building a culture of learning and collaboration at CIRCLE, Abby currently co-leads projects focused on learning with community partners about structural shifts to “grow voters,” support K12 schools to educate for informed and equitable voting, and hold the media industry accountable to being a civic institution.
