OLUWAKEMI OSO

Senior Program Manager
Cooperative Impact Lab

Oluwakemi “Kemi” Oso (she/her/hers) has been working within progressive tech spaces since 2015. Her “Left Brain, Right Soul” philosophy leans on her experience as a data engineer, and background as an organizer for reproductive justice & the movement for black lives. This holistic approach uses pop culture & accessible language to break down data & tech concepts - making them more accessible to folks of all backgrounds. She has trained thousands of organizers with re:power, coordinating their Data x Tech Movement Fellowship in partnership with Ford Foundation. She also has worked with the Cooperative Impact Lab as a Data Consultant for their Fair Housing Cohort, currently as their Senior Program Manager. When she’s offline, Kemi embraces her Capricorn sun with outdoor adventures traversing from the ocean’s depths to the mountain’s peak in her old-school camper van named Margot.
