Amy Hines engages nonprofit organizations in growing their fundraising capacity and mission effectiveness. She provides strategic and tactical guidance in board governance, annual giving, campaign planning and execution and strategic planning, working in all sectors of the industry.

Amy brings 30+ years of nonprofit management and resource development experience. Leading up to her career in nonprofit consulting, she served as Director of Alumni Relations and then Assistant to the President of Hampshire College, Director of Individual Giving, Campaign Director, Vice President for Development and External Relations, CFO and then VP Administration at the Central Park Conservancy and Deputy Director and Chief Development Officer of Barretstown Camp, founded by Paul Newman for seriously ill children, in Ireland.

Amy is current Board President for The Livingston Manor Free Library. She served as Board Chair of The Discovery Center, founded by Paul Newman to achieve racial justice in education and communities. She has served as a trustee for Hartford Seminary, Saint Joseph University, and the Unitarian Society of Hartford.
