I’ve been invited to attend the Presidents Cup! Now what?!

Please be sure to review all the information on the registration link which will included where to park, daily itinerary, FAQ’s and ISM contact information. Once you have registered on the link, you will receive your ISM QR Code that will be scanned at the ISM Hospitality Venue in exchange for your ISM Wristband and electronic Tournament Ticket. Before you arrive, please have your ISM QR Code on your phone to expedite the registration process.

Now - onto the specific questions!

I know when everything starts and am excited, but so I can plan, what time does the hospitality end?

With golf tournaments, specific end times are not available however the tournament usually finishes by around 6:00 pm, though it could go later. ISM Hospitality will be open for one hour after play concludes.

I have a few friends that already have tickets. Can they come back to hospitality with me?

Unfortunately, no. Each person, regardless of age, must have an ISM QR Code in their possession.

I am bringing a child (any age); do I need an ISM QR Code for them too?

Yes, you will need an ISM QR Code if a child is attending the Presidents Cup with you.

​​​​​​​​I am using a limo/car service/Uber/Lyft, can I get dropped-off at the Gate and walk in with my ISM Registration QR Code?

No. Your ISM QR Code must be scanned at ISM Hospitality in order for you to receive your electronic Tournament Ticket. There is no admittance onto the course without an electronic Tournament Ticket – this includes the admission gates. ISM QR Codes are NOT valid at any Spectator Gates.

What about my cell phone - can I bring it?

Yes, you must bring your mobile phone to ISM Hospitality to receive your electronic ticket. However, mobile phones must be on silent on the grounds of the Royal Montreal Golf Club.

Can I bring my camera?

Cameras are only allowed on the course during practice rounds. They are not allowed on tournament days.

What if play is interrupted? Does hospitality continue?

Absolutely. ISM Hospitality will go on throughout the day no matter if play is interrupted or not!

What can I not bring?

How much money should I bring?

If you plan on buying merchandise while at the course, then bring sufficient funds for hats, shirts, or other memorabilia. However, no money is necessary for anything you will eat, drink, or enjoy at the ISM Hospitality Venue. That includes gratuities; they have already been taken care of – just show up and enjoy!

​​​​​​​​I have luggage with me; can I bring it to the ISM Hospitality Venue?

No, there is no luggage storage at the ISM venue. Space constraints don’t allow for luggage storage. Please do not bring luggage as you will be unable to enter ISM Hospitality with any bags larger than a standard backpack.

​​​​​​​​I have a large amount of cash, jewels, precious metals, weapons, and/or other valuables I’d like to store at the ISM Hospitality Site, am I able to secure the storage of such valuables?

No. There is not a secure area to store valuables and weapons of any kind are not allowed at the Tournament. While the event is private and most attendees are just like you, please do not bring anything of value you cannot keep on your person to avoid any issues.

Yes, and ISM will be providing complimentary cigars throughout the Tournament!

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​There seem to be a lot more “no’s” than “yesses”, why is that?

We just want to make sure you know what isn’t okay before you come out to make sure you have a blast while in attendance!
