I’ve been invited to attend the 2025 NCAA Basketball 1st & 2nd Rounds! Now what?!

Please be sure to review all the information on the registration link which will included where to park, daily itinerary, FAQ’s and ISM contact information. Once you have registered on the link, you will receive your ISM QR Code that will be scanned at the ISM Hospitality Venue in exchange for your ISM Hospitality Wristband. Before you arrive, please have your ISM QR Code on your phone to expedite the registration process.

Now - onto the specific questions!

I am bringing a child (any age); do I need an ISM QR Code for them too?

Yes. Every person, regardless of age, must possess an ISM QR Code.

How much money should I bring?

If you plan on buying merchandise or food/beverage while at Climate Pledge Arena, then bring cashless payment for hats, shirts, or other memorabilia. However, no money is necessary for anything you will eat, drink, or enjoy at the ISM Hospitality Venue. That includes gratuities; they have already been taken care of – just show up and enjoy!

​​​​​​​​If I have someone fun and exciting that I want to bring with me to the ISM Hospitality site, is that alright?

To enter ISM Hospitality, each person must have either an ISM QR Code or an ISM Hospitality Wristband. No exceptions can or will be made.
