Destiney Golden is a dynamic program manager with a strong commitment to advancing research and strategies in the progressive civic space. She has supported several research initiatives that help organizations build effective strategies that create lasting impact and promote positive change. Additionally, she helps manage and design content for Sojourn Strategies social media platforms. She has a strong skill set in research particularly in identifying trends and patterns often overlooked. She is also an exceptional communicator, able to break down complex information into concise messages that resonate with a variety of stakeholders. Previously, Destiney managed a community of 9,000 volunteers and during her time there, she helped increase the volunteer community by 156% in the 2020 calendar year.
Outside of work, Destiney is an accomplished mixed media artist and avid music curator. She uses her art to help bring creativity to the work that she does. Whether it is supporting innovative research or digging into analysis she makes sure her creative voice is heard.
