Alicia is a daughter, sister, xicana, and organizer in Fresno, CA. She is currently the Associate Director of PowerCA Action (C4) and its sister organization Power California (C3), which engage Black, API, and Latinx young people in organizing, leading and voting to build collective power across CA. In this role, Alicia leads the organizing, field, and candidate campaign strategies.

Alicia has been a part of Power CA since its founding in 2018 and along the way has led the development of the youth organizing, policy, narrative, voter engagement and political work, especially in her home community of the Central Valley. Alicia is a proud first generation student and holds a B.A. from UC Berkeley and MPP from Harvard. When not running campaigns, Alicia enjoys spending time with her dog Rio and hiking in the Sequoias.
