What are the dates of the conference?

The Fall Retreat begins Friday October 18th and ends Sunday, October 20th.

Is the resort accessible via public transportation?

Minerals Hotel at Crystal Springs Resort is not accessible via public transportation. If you need assistance with coordinating transportation, please contact events@federalbarcouncil.com

How do I get to the conference?

What is the dress code for the conference?

The suggested attire for meeting and CLE programs is casual. Dinner on Saturday, October 19th is cocktail attire.

Can we bring children to the conference?

Children are welcome to attend the conference. Childcare will be provided at an additional cost. You can register your children using access code KIDS at registration.

How do I register for activities?

Once you register for the conference, a link to register for activities will be included in your confirmation email.  Use that link to register. If you have any issues accessing the link, email events@federalbarcouncil.com

How will I be notified when the speakers and sessions are announced?

Announcements will also be made via our conference website and email communications.
Be sure to check the website for updates periodically.

If my plans have to change, can I get a refund?

If you cancel after Friday, September 13, 2024, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $250.00 per adult, provided that the space can be resold. If it is not resold, in addition to the cancellation fee, you will be responsible to pay any and all related hotel cancellation charges.
